The study’s purpose was to understand and elaborate the problems of those students who were having difficulty in mathematics, as well help them boosting up their self-assurance when playing out subject. This study sought answer following questions: (1) What are that encounter Mathematics? (2) Why they (3) possible ways for cope with We used qualitative support analysis, particularly phenomenological research. method gather data interview use guide questionnaires. A purposive sampling technique participants study. four Sultan Kudarat State University (SKSU) – Laboratory High School. research also employed a triangular interview. had been through different struggles mathematical subjects. came themes perspective shared. felt bad performance mathematics. However, recognized self-reliance might be better way course All displayed maturity liberality said all answers. can great instrument sunken beneath difficulties Mathematics.
